USA Payday Loan

(PRWEB) May 08, 2012

USAPaydayLoan.com has added a new payday loan application method for prospective loan borrowers. The introduction of a 24-hour loan application phone number, located on the site’s “Contact Us” page, provides a helpful option for individuals who are uncomfortable completing an online application with their personal and financial information, and prefer to conduct business over the phone while speaking with a live representative. The new number also allows borrowers who normally would not be against filling out an online application, but find themselves without Internet access, to apply for a quick cash advance.

“USAPaydayLoan.com has added the new application line in an effort to open payday loan access to a greater number of people. Many of these potential borrowers that will use our phone application service are generally concerned about the safety of their personal information online,” says USAPaydayLoan.com spokesperson Don Edwards. “Our support team is available to help customers apply for a payday loan safely and easily, without them ever needing to even touch a computer.”

Customers can apply for a USA payday loan without needing to present a credit score, effectively making poor credit or little credit no obstacle to them getting the financial help they need. In almost all cases, borrowers can receive their loan within 24 hours. Loan amounts generally range between $ 100 and $ 1,500, with the exact amount that a customer can get determined by their lender and based on the borrower’s income. Customers must have a checking account in their name to receive their funds via direct deposit. Generally, customers must repay their loan with their next paycheck, and repayment is usually conducted electronically via automatic withdrawal from a customer’s account for maximum convenience. If borrowers cannot repay their loan on time, arrangements can be made with the lender.

Borrowers commonly use payday loans to cover emergency expenses such as rent, medical bills, car repairs, home repairs and credit card debt. To apply for a loan, borrowers must meet just a few very simple qualifications, including the following: They must be at least 18 years of age, be a citizen or permanent resident of the U.S., be currently employed with at least 90 days on the job, and have an income of at least $ 1,000/month after taxes. Customers applying over the phone must also provide their checking account information, work and home phone numbers, and a valid email address during the call. For the sake of expediting the application process, USAPaydayLoan.com suggests that customers have this information ready prior to calling.

Customers can also use the new phone number to get help from representatives if they just have questions about cash advances and the payday lending process. USAPaydayLoan.com has launched its new phone service to not only gives more people access to its fast payday loans, but also to enhance its relationship with its customers in general.

Im currently disputing a lot of derrogatory info on my credit reports from all 3 agencies. I currently have no major credit cards and was informed that if I opened a credit card account and made the payments on time that would up my credit score.

Best answer:

Answer by starlet108
Try VANQUIS or BARCLAYCARD or CAPITOL ONE- they give cards to bad credit people. Low limit and high interest but pay on time and it rebuilds your credit xx

Tulsa, OK (PRWEB) May 03, 2012

CNB, a community bank with deep Oklahoma roots, is not only reporting strong earnings, but they are actually growing several business units within the bank.

Strong 2011 Earnings

“Net income for 2011 was its second highest ever,” said Scott Shryock, CFO. “The primary contributor was improving credit quality in the loan portfolio, which resulted in reduced loan loss provision expense and lower OREO expense.” Geographic expansion into Eastern Oklahoma also contributed to the increase in net income, he said, along with expanding demand for Central National Bank’s prepaid card solutions. CNB has now issued over one million prepaid cards.

Transportation & Heavy Equipment Division

Recognizing a need among customers in Oklahoma and surrounding states, CNB launched a new division dedicated to Transportation and Heavy Equipment. CNB hired John Duffy to head the division. Duffy comes to the bank with a significant amount of experience in this industry and brings a unique skill set that will benefit the bank’s expansion into this business line.

“We provide flexible financing options that are precisely tailored to suit the unique needs of the transportation and heavy equipment industries, which in turn helps them succeed in strengthening our economy,” Duffy said.

Multifamily Lending Group

In addition, Central National Bank’s Multifamily Lending Group continues to expand its presence with the hiring of Skip Santos who is based out of New Orleans, Louisiana. Santos offers HUD MAP financing to apartment complex owners throughout the Gulf States, from Texas to Florida. Skip has over 20 years of commercial real estate lending experience and has focused exclusively on multifamily lending for the past 12 years.

Central National Bank is the only HUD MAP approved lender based in Oklahoma. The MAP loan programs offer 35 and 40 year, fixed rate, permanent financing to all types of residential rental properties, including new construction and acquisition/refinance transactions for affordable, market rate, and senior independent housing.

According to Adam Baker, Group Manager, “with both rents and occupancy improving, and interest rates near all time lows, the last twelve months have been a great time to lock in long-term fixed rates, especially when you also consider the non-recourse and assumption features of the loan.”

“We are also beginning to hear from customers who bought properties during the 2005 to 2008 period who now have loans maturing and are interested in the up to 83.3% loan-to-value,” he said.

Customer Appreciation Event

CNB has many things to celebrate, said Kip Herburger, SVP, and the bank wants to share those successes with the Tulsa community by hosting an open house on May 17th at the Stokley Event Center.

“It’s a small gesture to show appreciation to our existing customer base and welcome anyone else in the community that is interested in learning about Central National Bank,” Herburger said.

About Central National Bank

Central National Bank will celebrate its 100th year in business in 2013. CNB is a full-service FDIC-insured financial institution with over $ 550 million in assets. Along with traditional banking products CNB also issues and processes prepaid cards for universities, employers and program managers.
I’m young with no credit and no checking account. I’ve been looking online and have only come across debit cards or credit cards that require a checking account. Where and how can I get a CREDIT CARD w/ no credit and no checking account?

Best answer:

Answer by Judy
Actually most banks give you a credit card when you open a checking account. If you are 17 or older you can get a student checking account with a debit card.

The reason they want a checking account is because statistics show that people that don’t have checking accounts are more likely to default.

If you are under 18, you can not get a credit card.

Question by God Country America Bush Freedom: What kind of credit card could I possibly get with having horrible credit?
So my credit score is something like 562. I am look to get a credit card with something like 2000 dollar limit or low that wont have unbelievable fees. Does something care this exist? I’ve applied for credit cards over the last year and have been denied apiece time. Yeah, my credit sucks. What can I do?

Best answer:

Answer by Judy
Every clock you try to get a credit card, the inquiry reduces your rating. It is usually only 1 or 2 points, but if you have bad credit it can reduce it up to 5 points. You will not find a card with a $ 2,000 limit. The best you can hope for is one with a $ 250 limit.Problem with a limit that low.Any time you use more than 30% of your available assigning limit you are destroying your rating.Ex: $ 250 limit – never use more than $ 75 at any time during the month on that tease. And, of cover make sure you pay a credit card in full for top ratings.Carrying balances on credit cards can destroy credit very easily. There are some cards, but I consider them scams.A certain bank has a card.$ 250 limit$ 95 annual fee$ 75 proceesing fee$ 10 monthly fee$ 5 just to see your bill onlineYou end up with a card that is maxed out (which lowers credit) and you only have about $ 20 available to use. They also have an inquiry fee to glimpse if they can raise your limit. Each time they do this (un announced about every 3 months) you get hit with a $ 35 inquiry fee. This fee puts people over the limit – They get that nice $ 40 over the limit fee.And then the interest rate can go up to 45% – yes – they can go up that high.In conclusion – stay away from these cards.Go to your bank and get a secured loan. You infect them $ 500 or $ 1000, you invest in a cd- and you make a secured lending against that amount.Paying back on time for at least a year will improve your credit.Do not ever in life consider getting a credit card to carry equilibrate. This will only destroy your credit – and in turn your life./

San Mateo, CA (PRWEB) April 25, 2012

The first quarter of 2012 brought significant upward momentum for the economy, and some evidence of potentially savvier decisions about debt by consumers, according to the Freedom Financial Network Quarterly Comment on consumer debt and credit issues. With Financial Literacy Month in full swing, the company’s executives reminded consumers to now stay alert to avoid excessive debt.

Data at the end of March indicates that consumer confidence rose in March, in tandem with increased consumer spending, which rose to its highest in several months. At the same time, unemployment declined, personal income also rose, and non-revolving consumer credit rose.

“Non-revolving consumer credit includes debt accrued for substantial purposes, such as buying vehicles or borrowing for education, and a significant portion of this quarter’s change was in educational funding,” said Kevin Gallegos, vice president of Phoenix operations for Freedom Financial Network (FFN). “While any type of debt can be misused, we generally consider these types of debt ‘healthy’ debt, because they help individuals to build a brighter future.”

While it can be a wise decision to invest in education or purchase a vehicle needed to get to work, Gallegos pointed out that it is important for consumers not to be over-confident and enter into excessive debt. Generally, financial experts agree that total debt payments should never exceed 36 percent of gross income. That includes all payments for housing, car loans, student loans, child support, and homeowners association or condominium fees.

Recent financial data as reported:

1. Total consumer debt continues to climb. The latest data from the Federal Reserve Board show that total consumer debt has been climbing for at least four quarters. In February, the most recent month on record, total consumer debt (excluding mortgage debt) was $ 2.52 trillion. That marks an increase of $ 113.5 billion, or nearly 5 percent, over consumer debt at year-end 2010.

2. Non-revolving credit reaches all-time high. After climbing for the 10th consecutive month, non-revolving consumer debt – which includes auto and RV loans, and education loans – reached an all-time high of $ 1.72 trillion in February. That figure is $ 32.5 billion higher than year-end 2011, an increase of nearly 2 percent, and an annual increase of 7.75 percent.

3. Revolving debt declined in February. In contrast, total consumer revolving debt – which includes credit card debt – declined for the second month in a row. The annualized rate of decline was 3.25 percent. The new total revolving debt stood at $ 798.6 billion in February.

4. Personal income continues to rise. The Bureau of Economic Analysis reported that personal income rose again in February, after several consecutive months. February’s increase was 0.2 percent, or $ 28.2 billion. Disposable personal income increased by the same percentage, by 0.2 percent ($ 18.9 billion).

5. Spending increased more. In February, following several months of low increases, personal consumption expenditures rose by 0.8 percent ($ 86.0 billion).

6. Household debt ratio continues trend of decline. During 2011’s fourth quarter, the household debt service ratio (the estimated ratio of debt payments to disposable income) declined again to 10.88. (First quarter data has not yet been released.) The household debt service ratio has declined for 12 consecutive quarters.

7. Employment numbers slightly improved. The U.S. unemployment rate declined 0.1 percent in March to 8.2 percent. That is a year-over-year improvement of 0.7 percent from the 8.9 percent rate in March 2011.

FFN co-founder and CEO Andrew Housser added, “It bodes well for a continuing, gradual economic recovery that several important indicators have been trending upward. Nevertheless, consumers still face significant cost pressures in terms of rental housing, food prices and gasoline prices, and it is important that they remain vigilant with their credit to avoid dangerous levels of debt.”

The FDR Quarterly Comment pulls together significant statistical releases and provides quarterly comment on timely debt and credit issues that matter to consumers.

Do Not Blame It on Credit Card Applications

Article by Morgan Hamilton

The effects that technology has in the society have been too influential that most people cannot help but go with the flow of events.

For this reason, more and more people have continuously patronized the technology that the credit card industry had brought.

In fact, since 2000, reports show that almost 200 million credit cards are being issued every year in North America alone. Plus, some appraised reported that nearly 81% of the American households have at least one credit card.

These statistical reports would not be so alarming as long as these people are religiously paying their debt on time. The problem is they do not, that is why other surveyed reported that the average debt of every credit card holder amount to more than ,000.

That is a lot of money and a lot of problem. So where does the problem starts? Certainly not with the credit card application. Some populate think that with the easy access to most credit card applications, many people are enticed to get a credit card.

Reports show that before the holiday starts, most credit card companies send out no less than 100 million “unsolicited, but pre-approved credit card applications” form the month of September to November of every year.

Credit card applications are so common that they arrive regularly through mail. They are even being shoved forth persistently by agents in the mall, along the streets, or just about anywhere.

In turn, people are so barraged by many credit card applications that critics contend that they find it as the culprit of a growing credit card hype.

The point here is that people should never blame credit card applications. What is important is on how each person should treat the applications. They should not level try it if they know that they cannot take the financial responsibility by the time their credit card arrives.

Therefore, for people who do not know how to treat each credit card application sagely, here is a list of some tips that needs to be taken into consideration in order to avoid probable debts.

1. Analyze one’s habits

Before taking a credit card application, it is necessary that the person should first analyze his or her habits and lifestyle, and not just mere analysis but in close scrutiny.

For instance, an individual should assess if he or she is a compulsive buyer, pays bills on time, or knows how to budget effectively. All of these things have great influence on an individual’s credit card, and most often, the effects are negative.

2. Read the fine print thoroughly

Most people tend to disregard the fine print whenever they encounter or sign up for some credit card applications. According to around recent surveys, 6 out of ten applicants admitted that they failed to read the fine print thoroughly.

In the end, they were not able to grasp the pregnant of the different credit card offers and the conditions behind it such as low APR, introductory rates, etc. What happens next is that most of them fall into the trap and accumulate greater debts just because of the interest charges.

3. Shop around and compare

Surveys conducted in 2002 had reported that the average American household has 7 to 10 credit cards. The problem with most consumers is that they tend to take advantage of every application that comes there way. Most of them reasoned discovered that they were enticed with the attractive offer and rewards.

In turn, these populate did not even bother to shop around for other impute card applications and compare rates and offers.

So what do these facts have to show? These facts put an impression that as long as people will not try to have a close analysis on every credit tease applications that they receive, debts will continue to rise.

It should be well noted here that the debt problems are directly associated with the habits, personality, and lifestyle with the applicant or the credit card user. Credit card applications should not be blamed. It is nothing next to some brains that have the ability to understand fine publish and intellect to make smart decisions.
